Athena Moon, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience caring for patients and families. She enjoys providing personalized, compassionate care throughout every stage of life, from wellness and well-woman visits to hormone replacement therapy and the management of chronic and acute conditions.
Athena believes in getting to know her patients, listening to their concerns, and partnering with them to achieve their best health. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Patience Ayambire, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is committed to helping patients and families achieve better health through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment at every stage of life.
She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and strives to create an environment where they feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family.
